Regine le Roux

Managing Director

Academic Qualifications: M.Com (Communication Management) – University of Pretoria 2003.

Regine is a corporate reputation specialist. She completed her Communication Management Honours degree Cum Laude at the University of Pretoria in 2001, and completed her MCom within a year.

She has gained much practical experience through several Communication, Change and Marketing Strategies compiled for clients in both the private and public domains. These include the following sectors: Government, Waste Management Industry, Asset Management, Education, Human Resources, Information Communication Technology (ICT), Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical and Retail. These businesses encompass parastatals, multinational companies; JSE listed companies as well as privately owned companies.

Regine was the founder of Reputation Matters in 2005 and hand picks and manages several teams that implement communication strategies. In 2008, the company expanded to Cape Town.

Regine le Roux developed the RepudometerTM in conjunction with Dr. Harry Swart. The Repudometer is one of the first tools that has been developed to measure organisational reputation.

Regine manages clients both locally and internationally, and was invited to be a guest speaker at a distributor conference hosted in Calgary, Canada on effective communication between PR agencies and distributors. Regine is regularly invited to be a guest speaker on reputation management at conferences and seminars.

Lisa Sharland

Account Director

Academic Qualifications: Public Relations and Communications Diploma from Varsity College

Lisa moved back home to Cape Town in 2012 following seven years in the PR industry in London where she worked both in-house and in PR agencies on accounts including Swatch, Samsonite, Orient-Express, Waitrose and many more. Whilst working in-house at Orient-Express, Lisa managed the communications function for the company and directed nine communications agencies across the world. She later moved to a PR agency where she successfully created and implemented the communication strategies on a European level for Samsonite, whilst managing six PR agencies in key markets across Europe.  Her extensive experience in brand communications has afforded some of her past clients with an impressive return on investment (ROI) of 17:1.

A professed chocaholic, Lisa thrives in the outdoors and can often be seen hiking in and around Cape Town or wakeboarding with friends.

Fhulufhelani Nekhavhambe

Account Manager

Academic Qualifications: National Diploma: PR – University of Johannesburg Fhulu has a keen interest in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing and Advertising. Fhulu’s strength lies in her management of projects, client liaison as well as event and media management. She has gained much experience in the Tertiary Education sector, Travel and Tourism, Health Care and the Waste Management Industy. Other projects that Fhulu has been involved with include Public Sector communications, Government, Social Media, and various information technology projects. Fhulu is a focused and committed young lady, constantly striving to do her best for clients and letting no obstacle stand in the way of delivering results beyond expectations. “My hunger to succeed both for the agency and the various clients is what drives me on a daily basis. I am passionate about health, fashion, beauty, social media, lifestyle, travel and tourism. My team’s creativity and constant evolution of new media technology inspires me as it continues to simplify communication.” Fhulu is driven by the exciting and creative ways that we engage with our clients as well as the creative communication solutions we are able to offer. Fhulu enjoys solving problems in unique ways and likes to see a project through from conception to the final product.

Annette Jansen van Rensburg

Account Manager

Academic Qualifications: B.Com Honours (Communication Management) Cum Laude – University of Pretoria 2010.

Annette has practical experience in copywriting, strategy development, media liaison, advertising planning, event management and campaign implementation. Her dedication to each venture enhances her commitment to the pursuit of excellence and attention to detail.

Annette has been involved in projects within the Occupational Health and Safety industry, Physical Asset Management, Information Communication Technology (ICT), Manufacturing, Community Development and New Media. She has also been involved in a number of research projects conducting content analyses, as well as telephonic and face to face interviews.

Annette is excited about the changing communication industry, and is proud to be part of an agency that is at the forefront of providing a strategic approach to communication and reputation management. She is committed to stay up-to-date and informed about the latest trends, channels and opportunities as a way to offer relevant and lucrative solutions for her clients.

Elizabeth Duff

Online Manager

Elizabeth is our online manager with a talent for deciphering and analysing cryptic website codes and has an amazing turnaround time when it comes to designing websites and content administration.

After completing her BA in Languages and Culture Stellenbosch University, Elizabeth attended the Red & Yellow School of Advertising. Here she was exposed to the valuable skills of communication and how to harness her creativity on a practical level.

As a self-confessed tech-junkie, Elizabeth also studied several web design and development courses during this period.

“I thrive on the creative challenges that each project presents me with and I enjoy keeping up to date with the latest developments in the industry.”

In her free time you’ll find Elizabeth either outdoors, reading, listening to music or travelling.
